What is RMA Skin Club?
RMA Skin Club is not just another skincare service; it’s a personalised subscription program designed to make achieving your skincare goals easier and more convenient than ever before. We get it – life can be hectic so finding the time to properly care for your skin can feel like an added stress. We’re so used to having subscriptions for everything else in life, but what about when it really counts? That’s where Skin Club comes in.
Our unique and 100 per cent bespoke subscription service takes the hassle out of skincare by providing you with a tailored plan and scheduled appointments to ensure you never miss a vital step in your skincare routine.
How does it work?
Our memberships work exactly like your monthly phone bill or gym membership. A monthly automatic payment will come out of your account by direct debit and then each month you can come in for the treatments that are on your scheduled membership plan. It’s as simple as that.
To give you enough time to see the difference in your skin, our Skin Club membership has a six-month minimum join period. After this, your membership will continue until you decide you no longer need any more treatments with us!

Everyone and anyone can benefit from a membership, whether you’re an existing or new customer! There are no credit checks or finance agreements, just a simple automatic monthly payment, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

How often should I get a Skin treatment?
We believe in establishing a cycle based on your individual skin concerns. Our experts will create a treatment plan and advise on how often you should come in to help achieve your personal skin goals.
Can I cancel or freeze my RMA Skin Club Membership?
To cancel or freeze your RMA Skin Club Membership, you must provide RMA at least seven calendar days advance written notice in advance of your billing date. You can find the full terms in your RMA Skin Club Membership contract. RMA Skin Club may terminate your Skin Club Membership upon written notice to you for any reason or no reason.
How do I update my credit card information that is linked to my RMA Skin Club Membership?
